Kyrgyzstan requests Iran’s help in building power plant, refinery
During a meeting with Iran’s First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber in Bishkek on Wednesday, Kyrgyz Prime Minister Akylbek Japarov requested Iran to help his country build power plant and refinery.
